CP&E has been responsible for the layout of utilities systems for residential and industrial-commercial developments and several of the largest master planned communities on Oahu, including Waikele and the Ko Olina Resort. We facilitate the entire planning and permitting process for our clients, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the duration of a project.
