Pearlridge Center is situated on 50 acres of land located between Kamehameha Highway and Moanalua Road.  As the prime consultant, CP&E was responsible for grading master-plans, the design of streets and retaining walls and all infrastructure development including water, sewer, and drainage.  In addition, we performed site work for driveways and parking areas.  Pearlridge Center is presently the largest enclosed shopping center in the State of Hawaii with over 170 stores, restaurants, and services, as well as 2 food courts, 16 theatres, a monorail, a miniature golf course, and various commercial buildings.
