Kaluanui, a $5.1 million project with 30 townhome rental units, was developed by RYM Hawaii Kai Venture. CP&E managed the planning and preparation of subdivision and construction plans and handled construction management during development. Our design services involved site grading, driveways, parking areas, retaining walls, water, fire and domestic systems, sanitary sewer, underground electric, communications, and area lighting, as well as erosion control and a permanent storm runoff detention plan.
