Mokuola Street Improvements

CP&E was retained to prepare construction documents for new concrete sidewalks, ADA-compliant curbs, and gutters for a 500-foot portion of Mokuola Street in Waipahu.  This project was part of the Waipahu Sustainable Community Plan which called for sidewalks to be built in various parts of the community. As part of the project, CP&E also provided services for the reconstruction of a 1000-foot portion of Manager's Drive between Hiapo St. and the Amfac Industrial Subdivision.  We contributed planning, design, and construction management services to revitalize the area with new travel lanes, sidewalks, curbs, planter strips, and bike lanes.
