This effluent reuse project required construction of $4.5 million in water mains to transport non-potable water to four golf courses in the Ewa-Kapolei area and Campbell Industrial Park.  Also included was a water storage tank and renovations to the existing irrigation system at Barbers Point Golf Course, requiring coordination with various Navy agencies.  Our work entailed preparation of easement and construction plans, cost estimates, and surveys
