Village Pokai Bay is a 57-acre residential development of approximately 410 units on the Waianae coast.  Our work at Village Pokai Bay was comprised of subdivision planning, master-planning for all utilities, civil infrastructure design, and construction management.  Civil infrastructure design included mass and lot grading, roads, drainage, sewer, and water systems.
