After managing the $6 million demolition of the former Dole Cannery warehouse and complex, CP&E oversaw the planning, surveying, preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates, as well as the construction of more than 4 acres of parking lots serving the facilities at the newly created industrial park.  Additionally, we prepared a Drainage Master-Plan for the Iwilei area between Kapalama Stream and the Palama District.
