Waikele Center and Premium Outlets, a premier outlet mall, is one of the most popular shopping destinations on Oahu. Totaling approximately 60 acres, this mall houses national big-box retailers and more than 50 designer stores. CP&E produced master-plans for mass-grading, drainage, and utilities design. We planned and designed access driveways and mall parking lots, and performed all site work for this commercial project.
