Sand Island Business Association (SIBA)

This industrial park, encompassing 74 acres and over 110 tenants, is leased by SIBA from the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR). In order to acquire long-term leases, SIBA was required to upgrade infrastructure and retained CP&E to design and prepare construction plans pertinent to water, sewer, drainage, and roadways. An optimal layout was produced that kept as many commercial lots in place as possible without compromising necessary road-widening improvements. CP&E served as a liaison for our client, continuously addressing and allaying the concerns of tenants regarding modifications to property boundaries.
