The master plan for the world-class Ko Olina Resort calls for 4000 luxury hotel and condominium units, 4 man-made swimming lagoons, 5700 residential units, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a 43-acre marina with 270 full-service slips. CP&E was responsible for the master-planning and civil design of $450 million in infrastructure including drainage, mass-grading, roads, and a freeway interchange leading into the resort community.
