CP&E created plans and specifications for all utilities, drainage, and grading for the development of this business park.  The project included relocation of a 16-inch Navy JP-5 Fuel Line for which we designed horizontal and vertical alignments, obtained approvals from all government stakeholders, reviewed and approved shop drawings, and coordinated with the Navy Fuel Department and Naval Facilities Engineering Command on matters related to design and construction.
